Registering a will in the UAE usually means dealing with a drafter, a notary, a translator and a government counter separately, and nobody owning whether it actually gets done. That is the problem WillXO exists to remove.
One place for everything
Most providers do one part of it. We take the whole job - the drafting, the translation where a register needs one, the notary and the registration - under one point of contact, so you are not the person co-ordinating four suppliers who have never spoken to each other.
Prices you can see before you commit
A flat service fee, quoted up front and published on the site. Government, notary and registration fees are shown separately and passed through at cost, we never mark them up, and the quotation says which is which.
The regulated work is done by people licensed to do it
Licensed drafters, certified legal translators and the registry handle what the law reserves for them. We are honest about that division rather than implying we do it all in-house.
Phone-first, and genuinely so
Start and finish on WhatsApp. We ask you to turn up in person only where a process legally requires your presence, a notary signature, for example, and we tell you that at the quote stage, not on the day.
You can always see where it is
Every order gets a tracking code and a page to follow it on, plus an account where the documents you sent us and the ones we produced stay together. No chasing anyone for an update.
Across the UAE, not just one emirate
Wherever you are in the Emirates, most steps happen online. Overseas applicants are a normal case for us, not an exception, a power of attorney granted from outside the country is a service, not a favour.
