Not always. If you own assets here - property in particular - you can usually register a will even if you live elsewhere.
2Is this only for non-Muslims?
The non-Muslim registration routes are the ones most expat families use. If you are Muslim, different rules apply and we will tell you honestly whether we can help.
3What if my situation changes?
Tell us. We will explain whether a small update or a fresh registration is needed, and what it costs before you decide.
4How long does the whole thing take?
